Bakground: The Female sexual dysfunction can be caused by a range of different factors. The aim of the present study is to assess the prevalence of female sexual dysfunction and its association with related psychological factors. Matrials & methods: This is a descriptive-analytical research on 322 women in Sabzevar during 2015 year. The Sampeling was Stratified random .The instrument which has been used in research is Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI), Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS). The descriptive statistics and regression was analyzed by STATA 12 Software. Results: Most of the Subjects were between 20 to 30 years old. (186= N (.The mean and Standard deviation of the Subjects were respectively M (29.64), SD (6.60) .The prevalence of sexual dysfunction was %40, So that the highest and lowest prevalence was in subscales of sexual desire (46/73) and dissatisfaction (8/18), respectively.The prevalence of depression, Anxiety and Stress was (48/9), (60/63) and (54/66), respectively. Statistical analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between Sexual function with variable stress with adjusted odds ratios (01/2) and confidence interval (18/3-04/1) and depression variable in different sub- groups with adjusted odds ratio higher than two. Conclusion : Anxiety and depression can effect on female sexual dysfunction. Therefore in treatment of sexual dysfunction is better to pay more attention to these variables. .

Background: although, Self-esteem can improve mental health, studies indicated that nursing students'Self-esteem level, especially in female is not desirable. Exercise may be influenced on enhancing self-esteem. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of Pilates exercises on self-esteem of female nursing students.
Method: This randomized control trial(single blinded) study was performed on 62 female nursing students at medical sciences university of sabzevar 2014. After selecting participants via convenience method, they were divided randomly into an experimental (n= 32) and a control(n = 30) group. The experimental group did the Pilates exercise twice a week for 2 months while, the control group continued their daily activities. Then, self-esteem level assessed and abtained data was analyzed by means of SPSS software (version 18) using descriptive statistics, paired t-test and covariance test.
Result: before intervention, the average score of self-esteem in experimental group was 90/09± (8/20) and in control group was 92/80±)9/22),whereas at the end of intervention these scores for experimental and control groups was observed as observed as 100/34± (7/72) and 94/10±)9/22), respectively which this difference was significant statistically (p=0/002).
Conclusions: in the present study, performance of pilates exercise was effective to improve female nursing students' self-esteem, therefore, there is suggested to use this as an attractive and harmless method for enhancing the students’ self-esteem level.

Aim and background: Since there is no questionnaire in Iran to measure child and adolescent anger, we need to translate and validate STAXI-2 C/A from English to Persian. For this reason, the aim of the present study was to investigate the psychometric properties of the measure of State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory -2 Child and Adolescent (STAXI-2 C/A) amongst a sample of Iranian students aged 12-17 years.
Methods and materials: in this descriptive study, the questionnaire has been carried out on 556 high- School and junior- high –school students. Validation of the (STAXI-2 C/A) was carried out on aspects of convergent and divergent validity. The results of the analysis supported the convergent and divergent validity of (STAXI-2 C/A).Reliability of the (STAXI-2 C/A) was examined in two ways: Cronbach alpha coefficient and test-retest reliability (with 14 days between two assessments).
Results: The results internal consistency and test-retest coefficients of the (STAXI-2 C/A) were satisfactory to excellent.
Conclusion: In general, these findings support the validity and reliability of (STAXI-2 C/A). Amongst sample of Iranian students.
